Integrative Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage: Treatment of the soft tissues, working from the most superficial muscles to the deepest layer of muscles. Helpful for the reduction of adhesions and hypertonicity in the muscles; freeing restrictions in posture and movements by repatterning and correcting of the muscles, etc. Helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation related pain caused by arthritis and/or tendinitis. It is usually integrated with other massage techniques.
Integrative Deep Tissue is a blending of several different kind of Massage Techniques i.e. Myofascial Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, etc.
- Myofascial Therapy: Used to eliminate fascial restrictions to facilitate postural balancing and reduction in fascial
distortions throughout the body. Works to decompress, open and elongate tissues; designed to improve posture and movement leaving a more balanced body with an increased sense of lightness.
What is fascia?
The structural matrix of the body that surrounds and wraps muscle, bone, organs, etc. Any distortion in the fascia can cause imbalances that are transmitted throughout the entire body.

How to Establish an Account with Young Living - To make purchases
Melissa Travis (970) 485-3522
Go on line to www.youngliving.com or call customer service at 1-800-371-3515 and speak to an operator.
You will need a sponsor to get an account.
I will be your sponsor/enroller and you can contact me directly for my member number.
When you enroll, you have 3 choices. You can sign up as a Distributor, a Customer or a Preferred Customer. Once you have an account, you will receive your own member number and password. This will give you access to your own virtual office page on the YL website where you can view your recent orders, your personal profile, your down line volume, etc. Here are the differences:
Distributor: pays wholesale pricing and can sign up others in their organization to build a down line for receiving commissions. This is the best way to go if you are planning on ordering more than once. To enroll as a distributor, you must purchase either a Success or a Starter Kit. (See attached for details) You must order this as your first and only product on the order. Once you have placed this order, you are eligible for wholesale pricing on all future orders.*
Because wholesale pricing is so much less, you will earn back the cost of your initial order very soon. It is well worth the investment and is my recommendation. (The success kit and health packages contain valuable company info, catalogues, product samples, a DVD, carrying cases, and certain products depending on which one you order.)
Customer: pays retail price.* cannot build an organization. (You can sign up as a customer first, and then change to Distributor later simply by buying a Success or Starter Kit.)
Preferred Customer: pays preferred customer price.* Must be on the auto ship program.
* As with all choices, there is no minimum order each month, but if you do not order anything within a one year period, your account will become inactive and you will have to enroll again.
** Essential Rewards Auto ship Program is available to Distributors and Preferred Customers. You must purchase a minimum of 50 PV (personal volume) each month. You can change the products you order each month, and determine the date it is shipped. The benefits you receive are a discounted price on all products, reduced shipping (flat rate), new essential oil research and reward points for free products of your choice. (From 5-20% depending on how long you have been on Auto ship)
